OL011: Send Money To Outsourcers and Freelancers With ATMCash

Inside the eleventh episode of Outsourcing
Live, I looked at alternative payment system that allows you transfer money to your outsourcers
quickly, efficiently, and get cash via ATMs. Inside the quick tip as well, I looked at
a virtual staff hiring service that’s become the number one provider in providing Filipino
workers for any business. VO: Welcome to the Outsourcing Live podcast
where you will learn to build a virtual team to run your business. And now, your host,
Tyrone Shum. Tyrone: Hi everyone, it’s Tyrone Shum from Outsourcing
Live. And today, I’ve got a podcast interview with a company called ATMCash. Now, the person
that actually approached me, his name is Roderick, just to talk a little bit more about how something
like this could benefit the payment systems of how we pay freelancers and outsourcers
and I thought this will be really interesting to be able to share something about this company
for you because it might benefit in whatever transaction that you do, may help you save
fees, and also may make things faster. So let me introduce you to ATMCash – the person
behind it, Roderick. Roderick: Hello, hey Tyrone. Thank you so much for having
me. It’s a pleasure to finally get to talk to you. Well I kind of mentioned earlier,
I’m a good fan of your work, I’ve seen a lot of your videos out on Youtube and your website.
I’m a subscriber as well. So it’s a – Tyrone: Thank you. Roderick: Good stuff that I’m actually getting the chance
to talk to you. So you mentioned, Roderick Guerlain here with ATMCash.com, we’re based
out of Los Angeles California. And we’ve been around since 2005 as an online money transfer
agent service and basically what we do – is be a prepaid debit card. We send it out to
150 countries worldwide and out of 1.6million ATMs. We send them ATM cash card and the recipients
in over 150 countries can actually widthraw the cash. We do this model you know, away of the agent-based
model that you’re familiar with maybe with Western Union and Money Gram – Tyrone: Hmm. Roderick: And with things like that, and it’s very you
know, we like to pride ourselves in our cutting-edge ideas in making sure that – you know, people
were being served all over the world. And just a little bit about ATMCash I guess how
this came about with freelancing is that just by talking to our customers, we found that
a lot of our customers are using our service to pay freelancers in particular about a couple
of months ago, we spoke with this developer here, he has a business out of here in the
United States, Washington D.C. and he actually does, he has a freelancer out in Pakistan
and he used our service, and he loved it. He basically said hey, I want to use you guys
because I want to cutout the middle man, he cut his freelancer from oDesk. Tyrone: Okay. Roderick: A site you’re very familiar with. Tyrone: Yeah definitely. Just tell – actually let’s
take a step back first Roderick. You’ve mentioned to me when before this call that your company
started back in 2005 so it has been around for atleast a good six years. Firstly why,
why was this concept or how did you come up with something like this? Are you, were you
the one who came up with this concept and put into place? Roderick: Actually – I, I like to take credit for it
but there was a very smart man by the name of Jonathan Cooper, our founder and CEO and
he’s basically just been – he’s traveled all over the world and he worked in the financial
district and worked for a lot of Fortune 500 companies and basically just can’t do having
that this will be a good method for – you know tracking with the – the money transfer
service out there, it’s – Tyrone: So – Roderick: It’s 6 billion dollars – Tyrone: Yeah it’s a – it’s a pretty big market I mean
like you’ve got Paypal, Western Union, Xoom, – Roderick: Right. Tyrone: All those kind of providers so why – why should
people really consider coming to ATMCash instead? That’s what I’m curious. Roderick: Yeah that’s a great question and you know,
mentioning these companies, ATMCash is only one of four companies in the world that can
actually do it to this scale which is international and, and basically – mentioning others out
there, it definitely is a bit top more a little bit about that. But as far as our – the value
for ATMCash for recipients and money senders out there is that, number one you’re not dealing
with – with the agent. And therefore we can reach over – I mentioned 150 countries in
the world or around 150 countries so I mean ATMs are everywhere. Tyrone: Yep. Roderick: ATMs are everywhere and – just because of
that you know, you kind of outnumber the agents therefore we have the farthest reach of countries
out there in the world. Ah – Tyrone: Actually just to – sorry to interrupt you
again. I want to actually know, agents – because you’ve been talking a lot about agents. Myself,
I’m just – I’m not very familiar with what you mean with agents and probably the listeners
may not be able to understand so maybe explain what is an agent first and then – Roderick: Sure, sure. Tyrone: And what is the difference between an agent
and an ATM. I mean I know what ATM is but it might not the same terminology as what
I’m thinking you’re talking about. Roderick: Yeah so definitely I want to have to educate
you with the money remittance business. You’re dealing with the – I’m sure everyone here
has heard of Western Union and Money Gram. Tyrone: Yes. Roderick: Ah agents are basically people and companies
and stores, either a convenient store out there or specific store, a grocery store where
they have a – they provide Money Gram service, they’ll have the Money Gram sticker, logo,
phone number out there on their business. At their business windows to assure by where
a Money Gram or Western Union agent. Tyrone: Okay. Roderick: So those are people who sign up through a
– their affiliate or their network in Money Gram and they get a percentage of the money
transfer being of service provider for Money Gram or any agent representative for that. Tyrone: Got ya. Roderick: So you’re dealing with people, you’re dealing
with banking hours, you’re dealing with store hours. You’re dealing with going to a store,
pulling out cash and you know, maybe in certain parts of the world, people will be waiting
for you because they that you’re – Tyrone: Wealthy yeah. Roderick: From Australia and somebody from the United
States sent you money in which part then they know to where it is for you. Tyrone: Yeah. Roderick: So therefore, you know, one of the great things
about ATMCash.com is that it’s at their convenience. I mean this is 24 hours, I mean you go to
any ATM, I mean – and you’ll be able to – to get it in your own time maybe in less dangerous
– Tyrone: Yeah definitely. Roderick: And you know, it’s a reality when you’re pulling
out money in certain parts of the world, it’s going to be a little bit dangerous so and
obviously on the senders and it can be at their convenience as well because they can
do it online. So that’s the value and convience we provide to our customers all over the world. Be – as far as our reach right now, we are
available on all those countries however most of our customers right now are actually – the
customers that were allowed to send money worldwide are American or US based customers
and that’s – we’re definitely looking at opportunities to expand and – but right now, we’re pretty
well with US based customers and employers and such. Tyrone: Okay well it’s really interesting. Let me
just recap that just to clarify this. So basically say for example I’m an employer that’s hired
someone from overseas. I mean this can probably be working for any model, I’ll just probably
be sending money to a relative you know, I can probably use that for that too. But in
the case of outsourcing, we are probably employers in the United States and we’re sending money
off to a foreign country which maybe the Philippines, maybe India, maybe China, wherever the location
of our workers are. So instead of actually sending the money via
Western Union or Xoom, or Money Gram and they have to walk in to those stores to be able
to widthraw their cash, basically what I understand is that you guys get a card or those people
over they get a card, and that card allows them to be able to access any ATM and widthraw
the cash directly from an account that’s with ATMCash. Is that – what I’m sort of understanding? Roderick: You got it. You’ve hit it right on the head
Tyrone. It’s – and it’s a – you know specifically with outsourcers I guess, and you know you
spoke about the Philippines and what we do is – you know, Philippines is a huge market
not only in outsourcing because you promote the Philippines well. By the way thank you
because that’s my mother – motherland right there, the Philippines thank you so much. Tyrone: And you guys are great people that’s why I
love you guys so much. Roderick: Thank you, appreciate that. Yeah and on behalf
of all the Filipino people from the Philippines mabuhay, thank you. Salamat. But continually,
in the Philippines what we do is we actually, we FedEx a card out there and – in the Philippines
we FedEx it for free – Tyrone: Okay. Roderick: Free of charge, there’s no activation fee.
There is basically you know, you’re dealing with something that’s very easy with our services.
You know, it’s going to be initiated by the employer that’s somebody here from the US
hiring somebody from the Philippines and as I mentioned earlier in Pakistan and other
parts of the world where the employer is going to sign up online at ATMCash.com, provide
the information, the address, we FedEx it to the recipient. Once they have the card,
then they can widthraw with the four-digit PIN that is going to be given to their employer
for security reasons because as we know, things can get lost in travel and even with FedEx. Tyrone: That’s right. Roderick: So anybody can intercept the card however
the center has that four-digit PIN once they confirm that the recipient has the PIN then
they can release that four-digit PIN and they can widthraw the money. Tyrone: So basically it’s very much like a credit
card system. I mean with the credit card, we have something very similar from my Citibank.
I lost my card – oh not lost it actually got a replacement recently because somebody, it
was doing a fraudulent transaction on my card so I have to get that card replaced. So as
soon as I got a card replacement, they said that I’ll be receiving a separate letter to
receiving a four-digit pin and also too, I need to verify by making a call and so forth.
So obviously it’s that secure that you guys have got that in place so that way nothing
gets lost and people can’t steal at anytime. Roderick: Exactly, exactly. The same exact word, the
same exact word. Tyrone: Yeah, oh that’s really good. All right, what
I’m also curious about is how – more than how-to of the ATMCash system. Let’s say I’m
brand new, I mean I’m brand new actually. I’ve got no idea how your system works and
I’m curious now if I was to sign up to your system, what’s the process involved and how
do I get this setup for say my team and I want to use this system with you? Roderick: Oh excellent. Great and first and foremost,
I do want to also reiterate once again that it’s for US based employers and customers
only as of now but thank you for – again taking this time to ask me these questions because
we will be looking to expand as far as where the money comes from. And you know, a lot
of the outsourcers come from the United States, in the UK and Australia, so right now we’re
in perfect position I feel it. So – Tyrone: You’re going to have to expand it to Australia
soon because you’re missing out opportunities like me. Roderick: Haha, yeah. We’re going on it Tyrone. So really easy if you’re a US based customer
or employer and you have an outsourced employee say in the Philippines you just go to ATMCash.com
and register your – your name, your email address and the phone number and we’ll provide
– you know once you register, we provide further information as far as your contact information
and the funding source, if you’re going to be using a checking account, Visa or Master
Card. Tyrone: Okay. Roderick: And then you’ll provide the recipient information.
All we need is basically a phone number, a name and a phone number and address for the
card to be shipped be a FedEx priority. And it’s that simple, it takes about a few days
to process this. So you know for an initial transfer it may take 3-7 business days because
we are you know, sending cards worldwide and processing and making sure that their application
is – is accepted just like that. Tyrone: Yep, okay. Roderick: Ah – and once, once you sign up, the card
is sent to them and once everything is processed, like I mentioned earlier, you’ll just – as
a sender you’ll receive a four-digit PIN be – US post office and once you’ve confirmed
that the recipient has the card, you can go ahead and relay that four-digit PIN for them
to widthraw from any ATM in the world. Ah – Tyrone: That’s really cool. Roderick: And that’s basically – it’s that simple. Tyrone: Okay. I mean it’s very – it sounds extremely
simple, I don’t know why people didn’t think of this earlier. Haha, I mean like I’m really
– I’m interested in this now because the fact is that you have an ATM card and you’ve got
a card that you can just walk into ATM and just widthraw cash. I mean I still prefer
a lot of times anyway to receive transactions online by my bank account because in that
way I can access it and most of the things I do is via credit anyway just by pulling
out my credit card. But in saying that, I know that a lot of my staff in the Philippines
always walk into accounts say for example they go to Xoom. Ah back then Xoom was available
only – available to everyone but since they restricted to US customers, I had to switch
over to Paypal for example. Roderick: The same. Tyrone: And that’s the thing. With Australian, with
UK, people who were working there or own businesses there, it finds – it restricts those basically
for being able to send cash directly over to Filipinos – very, veyr much so and that’s
the reason why something like Paypal had to be implemented. And you know, I’m happy with using Paypal
currently, you know that’s what I’ve been recommending to a lot of people. And the fees
you know were originally very, very high I think it’s about 3 or 4% for every single
transaction but I found a way to be able to reduce that down into I think it was like
a dollar per transaction now. Roderick: Yeah, yeah. Tyrone: In saying that, I’m curious – how much is
to – what are the fees involved like for something like this – Roderick: Yeah. Tyrone: Because the service seems very smart and very
quick and also too very easy to use. I mean like it doesn’t sound any hard at all to setup.
But – Roderick: Great question, great question Tyrone. I like
to consider Paypal as a necessary e-vault for outsourcers because it’s the only game
out there I mean, until now, until now until the ATMCash.com came aboard and we have this
opportunity to tell you guys about or about our company now, I think there is a great
– website, blog where we listed what Paypal charges employers and also what the freelancers
are getting charged in comparison to ATMCash.com and I’ll be happy to provide that for you.
It’s at OutsourcePortfolio.com/cost-freelancer Tyrone: Yep. Roderick: And it’s a breakdown of you know, what fees
you’re paying – with Paypal as well as with oDesk. You know, and a lot of freelancing
is found through oDesk as well. oDesk is actually – you know, one of the – thank you to oDesk
that we found our customers that are trying I don’t want to pay the 10%. Tyrone: Yes. Roderick: And they’re finding our way. But specifically
our fees are – it’s simple. Once an outsourcer is going to send up to $1,000, it’s only $5
flat with the checking account, $5 for $1,000. Tyrone: That’s pretty reasonable. Roderick: There – and we FedEx the card directly to
the recipient and in most cases free especially like in the Philippines. And there’s no activation
and the – since that we’re on the freelancers and the only thing they’re dealing with this
possibly is an ATM that does a local fee so that can be transfered to the cost by the
employer at this case. We have a $1.50 widthrawal fee which is upfront so they’ll know that
an employer can actually have $1.50 on top of their intiated payments. And we always
find you know, anytime we get information about a free local ATM in certain countries,
we always want to promote that into our customers because hey you know, it’s – it maybe a $1.50
or $2 to Americans but if you’re dealing with Pakistani or in the Philippines that’s a lot. Tyrone: That’s a lot yeah. I agree. Roderick: So it’s a – those are the only fees and you
know I guess the only other fees if they’re keeping a balance on their card there is a
99cent monthly fee but we always tell people I’m sure people always want to widthraw the
full amount anyway. They don’t want to deal with the – Tyrone: Ah okay. Okay so basically if they widthraw
all the money there’s no account keeping fees but if there is money sitting in that account
then every month they’ll get charged 99cents for that. Roderick: Right, right. And – and I forgot to mention
earlier this is actually you know, more than half of the people in this world are in bank
and that’s one of the great things about ATMCash.com is that you don’t – the recipient doesn’t
have to have bank account. They got an ATM card that they can widthraw from any ATM.
I know with Paypal there are some restrictions with either getting it to test into your account,
you have to have an account, things like that. And that’s one of the reasons as well as you
know, other things that are the nominal fees that we have compared to what Paypal charges
is really great overall for the freelancer as well as specially for the – for the employer,
the US based employers. Tyrone: That’s really good because the fact is that
we really just want to be able to pay them and for them to widthraw the cash out rather
than have it sitting in the bank account. I mean for – for any employer, does that mean
that if they transfered money and their employee which is the freelancer hasn’t widthrawn the
cash, does that mean that it’s just sitting in the account like in ATMCash in some kind
of bank account? Like how does that work? Roderick: Yes. We’re – we are – KeyBank Internation
is our bank is one of the largest banks here in the US, it keeps all the money, FDI insured.
So if the freelancer decides to keep it in there, the money is in there, we send fee
after 30 days. But yeah, it just stays with the US – with KeyBank International and we’re
currently working with other banks as well to expand our – expand our reach and give
our customers more freedom and more features. Tyrone: Excellent. So how does the currency exchange
work as well too? Because obviously we’re not just dealing with US funds here, you guys
are transferring the money from US to other foreign countries. Does it go by of the bank’s
exchange rate or does it go with of the local exchange rate, how does that all work? Roderick: Ah we go by the – our accounts are actually
prepaid Master Cards so there’s Cerus and Maestro logos on there therefore they’re virtual
– they can use it on all the ATMs. We go by the Master Card index to answer your question
for the exchange rates. And so based on what’s the current market rate right now and the
Master Card index is basically about two maybe 3% difference. Tyrone: Difference yup, okay. That’s pretty standard
there pretty much all across all the credit cards then. So for example – Roderick: That’s right, that’s right. Tyrone: So for example if they’re changing from the
US currency over to the Filipino currency, it’ll be something like I think it’s about
41 or 42 to the dollar so add about another percent on top which will probably something
like – I don’t know, 40 – I’m just trying to calculate it at the top of my hand, it’ll
probably get 42, it’s only very little. It’s only very, very little. Roderick: Actually Tyrone if you give me a moment, I’m
going to give you the exact – I mean you can get this from our website – you will just
choose the country where you will be sending money to which in this case the Philippines
and I’ll tell you what the rate is right now based on the Master Card index and what we
also use. Tyrone: That’s really good. Haha. Roderick: We try to – we try to have a very interactive
website that’s complete with tools and everything easy to use for our customers – Tyrone: Actually talking – talking about your website
you mentioned tools, what are some of the tools that you’ve got on your website? Roderick: Okay so ah – the – the obvious one here where
I’m going to be looking at is the basically is the currency exchange calculator, and – that’s
going to be up to current date on the currency of over 150 countries in the world which by
the way right now, so for the dollar is 41.34Pesos so 41.34Php per one dollar for today. Tyrone: It’s not that much difference anyway. When
I see in Paypal it’s about 41 as well so the exchange is about the same. Roderick: Okay and that’s basically you know, and if
you look at there, ____ and freezing stuff that’s yeah you’ll still sending a lot of
money with ATMCash. Tyrone: Definitely yeah. Roderick: Yeah and some of the tools that we have here
are you know, we have an online chat support which is important. We have an excellent customer
service team here, money transfer experts here to – to help you get your money transfer
across the world. And you know, great feedbacks. Anyway our company can actually improve the
website, you know people can just go ahead, provide feedback. As far as specific tool
we have on our website for our customers is that under Manage My Account and this is great,
I actually – thank you for asking this because I want to tell you viewers out there, your
followers out there that this is a great tool with ATMCash.com. We have a feature called
Blocking and Blocking their card. And basically this is similar to an escrow tool as escrow
service – Tyrone: Ah. Roderick: No extra charge. So what the employers can
do is the card will be sent to – to the freelancer in the Philippines and they’ll have the card,
they’ll be able to log in as well and see how much mony is on the card. However the
employer can release the funds once say it’s a satisfactory – job has been done or the
project has been made, they can release it. So there is – there is transparency on both
sides because the recipient are going to receive the card, they’re going to receive that the
money is there, obviously there’s some sort of relations when they’re building trust with
each other. Tyrone: Yes. Roderick: There’s transparency when they see the money
is there. They’ll not just say yeah, I sent the money, I sent the money but they can actually
see that they can log in and see that the money is there. And then once everything is
I guess proved and the deliverables have been made, have been sent then they can just release
and block the card and there’s no charge. I know there’s escrow services out there that
charge a lot of money for that. Tyrone: Definitely, that’s a really good feature because
say for example if you decided that you want to terminate this person based on his performance,
it’s very easy just to be able to block their card or block their card to be able to do
that. So what happens if say for example that you decide to terminate this freelancer and
you now decide not to work with them any longer, what happens to their card and what happens
to their service? Roderick: Well ah there is no – I can mention there
are real no fees with the card. If there’s zero balance on the card then there are no
fees involved. So the customer just decides that hey I’m not using this so and so freelancer
anymore then we can go ahead and just basically eliminate that card. It’s that easy. Tyrone: So basically they just need to destroy the
card or cut it up and do whatever they want to do with it and no longer need to use it
with them. Which is good. Roderick: Exactly. Tyrone: You talked about customer support just a moment
ago saying that there is customer support. How do people get in contact with ATMCash
right now, is it via phone, via the internet? How does it work? Roderick: Yeah exactly. We have a toll-free number.
It’s 888-286-2274 which is 888-ATMCASH. Tyrone: Ah okay. Roderick: And online, you know we have our online live
support and also the email customer service at ATMCash.com Tyrone: Nice. Roderick: So we’re fairly available for our customers.
We do have you know, business hours as far as our support until we expand further. We’re
open from 8AM-6PM Pacific Daylight Time. Tyrone: Yep, okay. Okay. And also too, I’m just curious
for say the future of ATMCash, what are your plans for ATMCash? Or what is it planning
to do? Roderick: Well we’d love to – again we’d love to just
reach the freelance, the outsourcing market out there, it’s such a huge market and it’s
just the way business is done these days. I’m sure you know and you’re bit proponent
on that. And we – we deal with the you know, regular customers that send money to relatives,
friends, fiancees, you know people meeting brides in Russia, and all parts of the world,
they’re using our service and so we’re great tool for that as well. Oh by the way, congratulations on your recent
wedding. Tyrone: Thank you. Roderick: I know you’re pretty busy with all the stuff
going on. Tyrone: It was yes. Roderick: I’m just at the beginning part of that so
– I guess I can use it from you offline here. Tyrone: Definitely share some with you then. Roderick: All right, so sounds good. Sounds good. Ah
as far as future expansion, we just want to be able to like I said there’s only four companies
in the world that can do what we do. I mean, I mean to this capacity and obviously we’re
very unique compared to Western Union, and Money Gram and Xoom. And we just want to be
able to be a bigger player specially with the outsourced market out there and we want
to be able to be the best – the best way for customers to send money and to receive money
and with outsourcing in general, you’re trying to save all the money you can that’s the reason
for outsourcing to begin with – Tyrone: That’s right. Roderick: And I think we provide the best possible way
for people to do that. And in effective manner, and in efficient manner and in a safe manner
as well. I mean we have top built-in security when it comes to customer security and – just
100% guarantee on your money. Tyrone: Fantastic. I guess I wanted to know as well
is when are you planning to expand to Australia? Haha. Roderick: You know what Tyrone after this interview,
I’m going to go straight to work on that. But we don’t guarantee right now, there’s
a lot of things that we have in the works because we want to provide the best customer
service – customer experience for everyone so we do want to expand out there at the same
time, we want to make sure we have everything, we have a good base here for our US customers
and – as soon as everything is – we feel everything is to the highest quality then we’re ready
to – we’re ready to expand, to explode and whatever words you want to – you’d like to
take over the market there. Tyrone: To take – go with you. That’s good. Yeah I’d
like to know because the fact is is that I think – because I’ve been using Paypal for
a while now, I would prefer to be able to get the funds to my outsourced team much quicker
because it takes them at least 3 to 7 days to clear the funds which can be bit difficult
for them especially that – it sounds that with ATMCash, as soon as the money gets sent,
they can access it via ATM within next what – 24, 48 hours? Roderick: Yeah with an ACH Transfer, just like you know
a check, it’ll take 3 business days. With a credit card, Visa, Master Card, debit card,
it’ll be available within 30 seconds. Tyrone: Yep so therefore it’s worthwhile doing it
that way for us. Because I think at the end of the day, time is the essence and you want
to be able to pay people much quicker than to wait for the funds to clear. Roderick: Yeah exactly, exactly. Tyrone: Well Roderick, it’s been a real pleasure to
get you on the call today. It’s been fun as well too to be able to find out more about
ATMCash. If people want to get in contact with you directly, how can they get in contact
with you and also check out the site as well? Roderick: Sure, sure. They can – our website is ATMCash.com
and I actually do want to offer to your followers and viewers out there that are outsourcing.
If they want to give us a try, we’re going to go ahead and provide the promo code “tyrone”
and if they type in that promo code “tyrone” we’ll go ahead and wait the first transfer
from them and also – add $15 bonus to the card – Tyrone: Wow. Roderick: By just putting your promo code. Just to all
your viewers out there and we’ll be able to – again, you know we want people to experience
you know, the best we have here at ATMCash.com once they experience the efficiency and the
effectiveness of our product, I think I mean it’s – people will know about it, people will
use ATMCash.com I have no doubt. Tyrone: Awesome. Well thank you so much for that Roderick.
It’s a – I didn’t expect it and definitely for the viewers to take up on that promo code
– promo where Roderick’s definitely offer that one for you. Roderick: Definitely. If they want to reach me directly,
you know just ask for me. Our – our customer service line you know, we’re still a growing
team so just ask for Roderick at 888-286-2274 that’s 888-ATMCASH. You can also find me on
Skype at atmcash3 and – and my email address is roderickg that’s R-O-D-E-R-I-C-K-GATMCash.com. Tyrone: Hey excellent. Thank you so much for that
Roderick. I’m pretty sure all the people who have been listening and also viewing this
as well online because we both got both the podcast and the video available we’ll really
appreciate this and I’ll definitely be putting a link down below and also letting people
know about that special promo too so thank you. Roderick: Excellent, excellent. Thank you so much for
having me Tyrone. Tyrone: Thank you again. It’s time for the Outsourcing Live quick tip.
I get asked frequently where to get good virtual staff or good outsourcers to be able to get
the work done. Now, I’ve come across this service and have been recommending this service
to a lot of people and I’ve gone through this personally myself and a lot of members of
Mass Outsource Mastermind course have also been using this service. Now, the service
is called GetVirtualStaffFinder.com and you can actually get access to this simply by
typing GetVirtualStaffFinder.com and when you go there, you’ll see the site which if
you’re viewing this on Youtube, you can see the video but if not, you can actually listen
to me talk right now. And basically this site takes you through
a step by step process to be able to hire anyone from the Philippines. You can hire
people full time, you can hire people part time and they’ll do all the ground work for
you. Basically they’ll go out there, provide it with all the specifications of what you
need whether it be a virtual assistant, programmer, anything like that and they’ll go out there
and find them for you and they’ll come back with top three candidates of shortlist and
they’ll interview them for you, they’ll make sure that they meet the criteria and also
pass a few of the tests that they do. Now, the person behind this service, his name
is Chris Ducker and I’ve recommended him numerous times on different podcasts and videos as
well and what he did was he owns a quite a large company out there that does hire and
put through into this company called Live2Sell and what that service does is basically do
telemarketing for a lot of corporate companies inside America but then what he found was
there’s a lot of people like us in small businesses who only just needed one or two people to
be able to run the company so he’s setup this service called Get Virtual Staff Finder service
which could be able to help you source people individually to be able to find and do the
work for you. Now, there’s an upfront fee that you need
to pay to be able to find them but once you found that, they’ll be able to just yeah,
send the details to you and just start using them and you don’t have to pay anything from
there. And it’s a great service because it’s once-off and it’s very, very reliable and
I’ve had really good experiences with them and the staff that have come through there
that they found is very good quality. And I’ve used many, many different services and
thiis has probably been one of the ones that’s come up on the top. Now, if you want to see a review that I did
on it, I actually did one on my site at Outsourcinglive.com/virtualstafffinder-review. And if you just visit that link there, you’ll
be able to see the review that I do and I reviewed the differences between Virtual Staff
Finder and also Bestjobs.ph which is also a job hunting site in the Philippines and
you’ll see the differences and see the pros and cons of going through the Virtual Staff
Finder. So check that out as well and furthermore, I’ve also got a very, very valuable promotion
which is going on right now which you can get $97 free if you go through the GetVirtualStaffFinder.com
service that I’m recommending right now. Now, if you like more resources like this
one, you can find them inside Mass Outsource Mastermind along with video tutorials and
step by step instructions showing exactly how I use them. To get a 30-day no risk trial
membership to Mass Outsource Mastermind, simply visit FreeVideoSet.com. Until next time, I
